Title: Frac'ing (Fracking) Specialist/Trainee Job description: This positions requires the specialist/trainee to safely, competently and satisfactorily demonstrate performance of horizontal drilling into an extremely tight confine with great ease and patience. The specialist/trainee must use dexterity skills, some oral skills may be needed, to inspect and ensure the well entrance is adequately lubricated for entry. Also, the specialist/trainee must apply sufficient lubricant, water based preferred, to the drill bit's entire length and certify that the drill tip is properly positioned for successful entry. The specialist/trainee will closely monitor the initial pressure applied for drilling and regulate the speed to entry. Once satisfied all is in order, it's up to the specialist/trainee to continue the horizontal drilling until the desired results are achieved. Experience: None required or necessary. Training provided to right candidate. Qualifications: Must be confident, patient and multi-talented. Possesses basic knowledge and understanding in horizontal and/or vertical drilling. Be safety conscious. Must supply own clean drill bit and maintain it to maximum length and rigidity. All serious applicants are screened and interviewed.
