BlackSexMatch.com System and Service

Having just engaged in a customer call to seek to
cancel my membership and earlier having tried to get an
answer via about the BlackSexMatch.com system that continues to
randomly delete words from postings, my frustration level
is through the roof. <br><br>
Customer reps are not trained to think critically but only to regurgitate 'canned responses'.
<br><br>
My emails were ignored or I was told the problem was fixed,
only to discover that the system continues to drop words;
and then was told they have other technical issues that
are a higher priority. <br><br>
I'm wondering if others have had better experience?

it is not so much as a Technical issue yet this shit does happen a lot on All of their sites. happened to me on Alt and BDSM. they really don't give a rat's ass. all they care about is keeping the money coming in. but you can keep trying. good luck..

yea a lot of the call centers are trained to follow a script they look up the issue and read from a script and not trained on how to actually be of help to customers.
