"HALLOWEEN BASH"
Hello all,
~~~~ Just a quick note to let everyone know there will be a HALLOWEEN BASH in October... October 18 - 19.....
~~~~ The date is set. The venue has been chosen.... Now time to get all the details ironed out. More info will follow as soon as everything is settled. Just know we are on for a PARTY!
~~~ Remember the dates so you can get your time off.

We can't wait!! April's party was our time at one of your parties and we had a blast both Friday and Saturday night!! We have been checking the boards to see when the next one will be!

Well it's good to see folks are excited about the Halloween Bash. It has been awhile.
~~~~ The venue has been set. The Monarch Hotel just off of Hwy 205 at Clackamas Town Center. Besides being a very nice hotel... Nice lounge, great Restaurant, clean spacious rooms etc. In my opinion, better than our last spot... There are many places to shop and dine close by.
~~~~ The room rates have been discounted for us and are $99.00 for all except the jacuzzi rooms. And there are a number of jacuzzi rooms there. Those will be discounted when you call. All reservations need to be made by calling the hotel directly at 503-652-1515 or 800-492-8700 ex. 103 You need to give them the booking code of "PDXParty" No discounts will be given online. They are ready for your call so book early.

Hello All,
I said I would have more info on the party as things progressed. I'm hoping you are or have made your reservations. We all want to see a great HALLOWEEN BASH !!!
Now as to some new things. I have set up a paypal account for prepaid partry entries. (The most reccomended way to go). This will give me a better accounting of entries and ensure no shortages etc. This also gives you time to pay and have more money at the party.
If you have a paypal account, just use it to make your payment. If not, contact me and I can send an invoice via email to send it to the account. Please note that all transactions are private and secure. With your paypal just contact me for info as I cannot give my addy here. Otherwise contact me here or privately for an invoice. I will need an email to send it to. Yes, I have had to raise the cost this time. Everything costs so much more. For prepayment it is $25.00 per person. At the door it will be $30.00. I am not trying to make this difficult, but it does cost money to put on a party of this size.
If there are any questions or concerns, please do contact me. I welcome your input. Just remember, paying now saves money for later.

questions heard in chat: what about the meet n greet typically held fridays? Same hotel lounge or elsewhere?

Hello MILF,
My first answer is.. check the previous post. For prepayment it is $25.00 per person. At the door it will be $30.00. I have never done couples or single women pricing. No discrimination that way. And easy to remember.
Now as to the Meet & Greet. It will be Friday night in the lounge of the Monarch. They are expecting us.
For those that need a destination for the prepayment info. You can use lady followed by kaphre at the g mail followed by the dot and com. Hopefully this will make sense to most. Have to be careful as things have been denied on here. And please remember-- If you have questions don't hesitate to ask.

I stayed at the monarch a few years ago. Very Nice. One of the most comfy beds I ever slept in. They may be even better to play on

~~~Glad you like the Monarch. I have also stayed there years ago. They have a great restaurant to. Be sure to get your booking done. And don't forget to call directly to the hotel and use the code PDXParties. Be sure to do the paypal too.

Hello All,
Just a reminder to get your rooms booked and do your entry prepayment for the discount. Now that summer is officially over, it's time to think about the fun things for the fall. "HALLOWEEN BASH" sounds
like the perfect thing get the excitement going.
