That RAK is Random Acts of Kindness. I always feel good whenever I can "RAK" someone or some people. It can be almost anything, big or small. Many people are totally unaware "it" is coming to them. Many are elderly , they are a big part of our backgrounds here. I think it is so good for society. Many of these folks are just a time or place were a little something will make difference. A RAK is also a good sample of life for the younger folks, they enjoy the pleasure of helping and realize that it "costs" almost no time. Have you ever been the recipient of RAK? Do you conduct RAKs? December is a big time for me to remind myself of this. Every little bit is good for Christmas/

 I try to help others when I can and especially senior citizens when out and about during my day. It costs nothing to show how much you care and it all comes back to you in some way, shape or form Pal. This world needs more kindness..xoxo

 RAK's are good things to do. I used to perform them when I was active.

 Yes Sir we do RAK's every time we go out, the littlest thing you can do for someone is so very appreciated especially for the Seniors. I hope you enjoy some RAK's today too.
Seduce the mind and see what a wonderful adventure the body will take you on..
