I wouldn't have asked for it to be toasted. Heck I could have grabbed one from the grab and go case and not had to wait the five to ten minutes to get exactly what I wanted. I watched the clerk make the sub, every thing I asked for was put on, then it was wrapped up and she walked over and called out my number...after getting the sub I asked if she had toasted it? The dumb look that spread across her face was annoying, she then went back and checked the ticket..sure enough like the one I was holding in my hand it gave the list of things I wanted on the sub along with the fact that I wanted the thing toasted. What to do? She went and asked the other person who was working the counter at lunch time..someone who also had no clue as they were about as new to the job as she was. The logical thing to do would be to make a new sub, right? Nope not what happened..they took the thing into the back scrapped off the tomato and onions and mayo and what not and put the thing ( the same sub ) into the broiler oven. I'm like okay...alright they'll put new stuff on it when it comes out of the broiler right? No big deal, I can live with it. Nope after the thing came out of the oven they put the same stuff they took off back on. Ah yeah, can you say pissed off? I mean it's not rocket science people...it's a sub. With twenty minutes already eaten out of my lunch hour because of their screw up I was stuck for a poorly made sub. The manager of the establishment was of course no where to be seen, so even if i wanted to complain I couldn't as the woman was hiding in her office. As I said, it's not rocket science, it's a sub. Not like you need a degree to do the job. But come on people, do your job right that's all I ask. Off to shower now.....

and to think theese morons want 15/hr to fuck up orders lol should call the corprate office to let them know how things went it might help or not lol

My most unfortunate experience was going too a Big name sub shop ! Just as I stepped in the door an Employee said , " Sorry ! We were about too lock the door . We are out of bread . " It was about 4:00 in the afternoon ! As I left , it dawned on me that they obviously had not planned out what day it was and made more bread ! It was Super Bowl Sunday ! Went and tried same name shop but about 10 minutes away in downtown ! As I gave the Employee my order ; I commented about other shop ! Another gal behind the counter stepped over and asked if she heard correctly , " That other store had run out of bread ? " I said , " Yes ". She then said that she was the Manager for this store and they had been advised too make the usual daily bread plus half ! She said , " Other store probably just wanted too be able too go home and watch the game ! " She advised other employee that she would Comp my order and Not charge me ! She also thanked me and stated that she felt a call was in order to the District Manager . I now go too that store and not the one closer to me !!
