At the top of every blog it says watch this blog, Click on it and you will follow it. So nice to be insane; no one asks you to explain.

Should be a "follow" button some where. I am sure someone will guide you to it.

When you go to a blog post and want to watch that blog....click on their blog post name ("Just Stuff" in the case of your blog post name) and it takes you to their main blog page where you can see what's set up. Over in the upper right corner of the box will be a clickable link that says Watch This Blog. Click that and you'll become a watcher! The number that's shown in parenthesis is the number of blog watchers they have. If you would prefer to watch a particular post, there's a clickable link for that on each individual post, just above the member's picture (or in our case...lack of picture. lol) Click on that and you'll only be watching that one post. Any watched blogs and/or posts will now show up on your main blog page! Pagan  Hmmmm....I know I left that wand around here somewhere!

I never blogged. Have you tried the help section? No idea if it will answer all of your questions. I seldom need help and only for a few sections. Since you are new you might not know about all the glitches this site has. One is missing words on blogs. I believe it has been happening for several months. I think your blog would of shown without the forgot to etc part. Just not on the homepage. When people click on see all it should be there. Humans are the most dangerous animals on earth. If only animals had the ability to know when to keep away from us humans they would be better off.

to fix missing words do this...name your post..then for the post say..post in comments....then post that...wait a sec or two...then go back and say whats on your mind in your comment..you will see a lot of folks doing this to prevent frustration... woop woop

lol....hell no...no instructions cuz they keep changing the rules every other day. Ive been here many winters and summers and i am still learning. As others have said there is a ' follow ' button somewhere on the blog that you read. For my own....i just access it from my personal profile page. That may change tomorrow though...lol Good luck with it all ~~

I remember when I started blogging years ago in the stone age, and I didn't have a clue what I was doing. All I knew was I just wanted to write, and share images. You'll figure it out.  Thoughts from the Garden...

I guess you figured out rule # 1, you have to open your post with it's first comment..as to be seen on the list.. Another tool you have is "friends" if you can collect some that you believe aare worthy ,they get notified when you create a blog.. there are settings in " my Preferences" that allow you to create these and other notifications.. When you click on "watch" for a blogger it adds this to another list that shows up under Blogs.. Sadly, there is no way to watch your own blog. There used to be a link on your main profile page that would take you directly to your blog, but the site has deleted that. BUT, if you go to your own profile page, you can click on the tab for your blog and it will take you there. The problem you mentioned with the missing words (or numbers as the case may be) can be solved by posting the entirety of your post as your first comment. Otherwise, there's just no way to make sure everything "sticks". It's an on-going problem that the site seems unwilling to fix. Some people post just a minimum amount in the blog entry, post it, then go back to make the obligatory comment and post the actual blog as the comment. You can't post pictures in the comment, but at least your written comment/blog will be correct. Sad that we've had to discover all these ways to work around the sites shoddy programming. Pagan Hmmmm....I know I left that wand around here somewhere!

Put up a picture... (on your profile), even if it's just a toe, or a leg, or a bresst. Anything is better than 'gray scale'. There IS a way to watch your own blog. On your Preferences... on your My Profile. Set your email notifications to YES for notifications when people, comment on your blog. You'll be alerted and, by clicking on the link, see who's connected and either — respond or not. I always open the community blog page and then use the view my blog by opening it in a new tab. I also open a new tab of where I am quoted. You can link to blogs or specific posts by using the instructions at the bottom of the page. I check my private mail blog every day so that it shows the last read date to show I am on the site regularly.

I probably use the new tab as my DSL internet is at the low end of speed. So I can look at one tab while the other one is loading. Then I use refresh to update, which seems to be faster than a new load. Just how I like to use it.

Hello I have been looking and cant find instructions on how tto create a mailbox. I assume that you create a blog post with screening, but beyond that I'm not sure. Any direction, I would be grateful. Other mailbox owners have instructions for replies tto be searched for under "who quoted me" which I would hope a link could be placed here to eliminate searching? You can leave me a message here
