Working anymore. The Arthritis pills that is. Yesterday every joint in my body felt like it was on fire, or numb like I'd been sleeping on it and I couldn't get them to wake up. But I took my daily dose as usual in the morning, like always. Hoping the medication would kick in and bring me some relief. After I finished my shift at work I came home and got out the heating pad and used it on my back, it helped a bit but the rest of my joints were still barking at me all day long, my hands be the worst of the barkers. By two in the afternoon, I broke down and took a pain pill I had on hand ever since I had some dental work done. After an hour or so the pain finally started to subside. The numb, still asleep feeling in my hands finally went away and I could move about once again like a real guy instead of a wooden puppet, wincing at every step. It may be time to call the doctor to get her to up the dose or find another medication to replace these with. I have to do some food shopping today, might just pick up some of that over the counter joint stuff see if that works? Though I'll speak to the pharmacy rep. before I do to see if it's okay to take that stuff along with the pills the Doc. has me on. Aside from my aches and pains my day went okay. Watched the next installment of the Watchman on DVD, made dinner and went to bed early. How was your Saturday? Off to shower now....
