How should I transition?
I like women and man equally. I have wanted to for many years but never had the courage. How should I proceed? I do not want to lose my functional cock.

 Understand that if you go the prescription route it will take a few years to build the breast you desire, but unless you have an extra 10 -15 K for a quicker surgical consult and plastic surgery, the monthly prescription and injections maybe but there is always the possibility of losing a functional cock. If you want to keep your functional cock, then you need to come up with the 10-15K for surgical implants in your breast augmentation. So do you want feminization and soft womanly curves or just large breasts (you would be looking for a large C, D, or DD breasts), and a functional cock.
