Looking at the (true) *warp speed* success of vaccination programs in Israel and Canada, it is clear that centralized (ie, at Federal level) planning and execution is a winning strategy.

The delegation of responsibility for vaccine distribution to individual State governments meant that several *wheels* needed to be reinvented 50 times. In addition, State governments are cash-strapped (they don't get to print money) and thus can not mobilize resources like the Feds can (and have).

Good news: I looked at Michigan's "production" curve for disseminating vaccine jabs. Statewide, you have accelerated your pace from below national average to above national average. Assuming you do not run out of vaccine (you have burned through over half your supply) you should be within 4-6 weeks of getting your jab.

Our Federal government acquires adult supervision on Wednesday. I expect a rapid increase vaccinations in all states and territories to follow.

With the new administration soon to be in office things should improve as they care and the other didn't. If you stop and think of how it's made, and how much has to be made it's going to take time. Can we vaccinate 100k in the first 100 days in office to be honest I have my doubts, but I have to believe we can. And I did vote for Biden.

I got Covid at the end of June and still have problems. I ask my pulmonologist when I should get it and she said it will be later because I've had it unless or when I go back to my job as a nurse.

Word of advice you don't need an N95. Save those for the front line workers we don't need to run out of them because of overuse by the public. We actually reuse ours but they are also sterilized. You don't need or glasses. The best way to protect yourself is with a surgical mask or a cloth if you can't get one, washing your hands, and social distancing. Just use common sense.

I do believe that Biden said he would use everything in his power to get the vaccines out. He had also said he will use other means to vaccinate people as well.

We have two lives, and the second begins when we realise we have only one - Confucious
