My normal cold weather weight is 176# and I am now at 180#. My normal warm weather weight is around 172#, so I am up a little more than normal.

I do hiking and Mountain climbing..good exercise and great for social distancing..plus the scenery is awesome..

Your two best (and ultra low-tech) friends are push-ups and sit-ups.

No equipment required;
Can be performed spontaneously;
Variable positions that emphasize different muscles;
Awesome for body sculpting.

Yes, self-medicating with Cabernet, Bordeaux and Rhone Reds has added a few pounds. C'est la Pandemique!

Gained, ugh. I have a bike but it's too hot outside. Thinking about ordering one of those stands that turns a regular bike into a stationary exercise bike, then I can while away the next couple of months 'til October, when it's merely warm outside, not hot.

Lost a little weight but not where I wanted. Would like to loses another 5-10 lbs then get back on lifting weights. Motivating seems to be my covid-19 killer.

I have heard a lot of people having an "Issue" with the weight going on sitting in front of TV with their favorite snacks (chocolate chip cookies for me)
Gyms are open but the wife is still scared of going there. I am doing some walking in our neighborhood
