How cold is too cold??

How cold is too cold??  It was so cold, my car ran for 20 minutes and STILL wasn't warmed up when I left for wor.... It was so cold, my eyelashes froze together..... It was so cold, I left my mask on to walk to my car after wor..... It was so cold my fucking mask FROZE from the moisture that accumulated during wear all day.... It was a cold day, folks, 3 degrees when I headed into work and I think it *might* have gotten up to 15 degrees at it's warmest. Ugh! |

Although it's 2 degrees centigrade over here in SW England, it feels a lot colder with a 30 mile wind chill factor!

A wee snuggle in front of an open log fire would do the trick McLade, I'll bring the firewood!

I totally understand being cold when you go outside. However I would love to have the temperatures you have.... that would be blissfully warm compared to what we have here. I live in western Canada, about 4 hours by car north of Minot, ND. Woke up this morning to temperatures of -35C (-31F) with windchills of -50C (-58F). The whole day didn't get any warmer than -26C (-15F). Could use a snuggle bunny to keep warm... rolf.

I here you on the cold, it started out at -10 and warmed up to a balmy 3 above!! So yes, it is way to damn cold!! Hope the weatherman is right and it starts to warm up next Monday!!

14 degrees right now NY at 9;05 pm was 2 degrees this morning but I was warm in bed. no wind the sun was out was about 22 by 12pm I was out shoveling no gloves tomorrow ill be warmer with snow mid day. I love cold dress for it that's all.

lol 😂... Yep, that's pretty cold and let's face it - you were dressed for work and not the weather. Layers, it's all about the layers, right? It can hit - 40 here, with the windchill, but with 3 skins of clothing, one can live through it. Long underwear, warm mitts and a hoody and, I know your boots are warm. We'd be OK. But I'd prefer cold to CRAZY heat, no? I mean after naked, there's nowhere else to go. With the cold, ya just keep piling on layers. The AC in my car blew up last year. I almost fricken died in traffic. UGH... 😊 Do you prefer crazy heat or nuts cold? 🤔

We're MUCH warmer down here in Oklahoma! lol Yeah, freezing drizzle all day, sheet of ice on the roads and it's 18 degrees out there...and going to get colder. I'm pretty sure we've hit "fuck this shit" degrees here, too.
