All the electric (and phone/cable) wires in my neighborhood are underground. Not only does this provide a nice look, but it is a big benefit in reducing losses. Despite what you might think, wind is not the biggest cause of issue around here - winter ice is. But of course we still lose power for other reasons, like thunderstorms. That really sucks since my house is 100% electric. Two men at your backdoor and neither took his time - what a crime!! You may not know about this but our power company Central Maine Power is owned by Avengrid Iberdrola out of Spain!!! We are fighting to have our citizenshi gain ownership vote on the November ballot to stop them from gouging our forest land bring power from Hydro Quebec to MASSACHUSETTS!!! They dont even employ Maine workers and they have begun this project with out PUC permission. In the meantime the last storm two weeks ago at least 32,000 had no power, some for 5 days- because the "parents" have not taken care of the infrastructure. When I was out of power a month ago even my cell phone didnt work so I totally get how fortunate your are to have your power company  (Virtual Symposium Group) use Virtual Symposium Group

There was one time when the power went out on Friday the 13th in July in 2013 after a huge lightning storm. It was an omen for the weird summer to come that year. ⛈🌬 Funny women are incredibly sexy!

And you there teasing the workmen !!! We had a short outage last week. Surprisingly we have outages frequently here in the Garden state

The last time I lost power was when the trip-switch tripped! This happens some times when I've I've got too many electrical devices on the go. I wish the trip-switch box was at an easier height to reach!
