To Become A Better Person That saying From somewhere At the moment. I cannot recall It is a simple notion Of wanting to be A better person With someone Spurring one on. When you have Been down For so long When you have Felt hopeless That change Was impossible Someone comes along And in your brain A figurative light goes off And you want What they have Or better yet What they want to give But it is only available If you change some things. Hopefully it will be Like a chemical reaction A chain of events Set into motion Moving toward a goal Of reemergence Into normalcy Into society. You think I am kidding Nope I am dead serious A life can be so disconnected That it really does need To be jumpstarted To be resuscitated. Yes to become A better person When all is said And done.
