🥂❤️ Fried taters
Ever since I was a , the French fry has been a favorite food group for . (I know, many refer to them as Freedom fries). There are so many styles, string cut, thick cut, wedge, chips and so many more. I wonder if it is the crunchiness, the flavor of the oil used to cook them? They are served plain, ketchup on the side, cheese over it, chili and varying amounts of salt. I am sorry if I mess this up, but a Canadian dish called Poutine. So there is so much variety to please the most discriminating palate . Are you a French fry person? Do you avoid them? If you like them, what is your favorite style?

 I like French Fries - in most of their variations - but they need to be cooked juuuuust right. Too often they are either over cooked or under cooked.
Opportunity may knock only once, but temptation bangs on the door forever!

 I do enjoy fries, but my favorites are JoJo's or Chili Cheese Fries..I hope you enjoy your favorite fries today..

 I like french fries with burgers or hot dogs.. but prefer a thicker chip with anything else,, and wedges.. with quiche!

 As a Brit, I have to go for Fish and Chips In fact my son has just left to pick up some up from our local Chip Shop for our supper Yummy

 i love potatoes but i'm not a huge french fry person. i like them. but they don't fill me up. so i know this is sacrilege but if a restaurant has fish and chips i'll order a double order of fish and usually get another side. i do like the fish a lot. i'm bummed so many restaurants do a steak frites. i have no desire to eat french fries with my steak... i'm actually eating a steak now for lunch but i'm just doing protein for lunch as i have a big serving to get through. couldn't finish it yesterday...

but i'm a swiper. if someone has fries i will grab a few.
not really into poutine.

in HS the girls at my table ate their fries with mayo. so once in a while i do that too.
