Time for a burger again. During the winter doldrums, a juicy burger brightens my day! Such a simple meat product that is enjoyed by so many people. Even used as part of meat sauces for pastas!! I do not go for overly complex burger, tending towards simplicity. Be it cooked on a grill, or pan, either is good for me. Are you a burger person? Would a good burger brighten up you winter? How "complex" are your burger tastes?

 The best part about burgers is that there is no bad way. I am a simple burger gal, but would not say no to almost any type

 Love burgers. Hate condiments. So, basically it's meat, cheese and a bun. I'll dress it up with bacon and bbq sauce. If I'm feeling really frisky, I'll add lettuce.
Opportunity may knock only once, but temptation bangs on the door forever!

 oooh, they all look good, but some look outstanding:

ill take #5, the one on the brioche with what looks like swiss peeking out,
or #6, the patty melt on sourdough with the sauteed onions.

the best combo (but not the only great one) is
cheddar with sauteed onions and sauteed mushrooms.
im flexible on the bun/bread,
as long as its not too much bread for the amount of meat and stuff.

if youre a lettuce, tomato and raw onions person,
just get a hoagie.

but the fries HAVE to come from FIVE GUYS or else fuggetaboudit.
they fry them in peanut oil and use a DEE-LISH cajun seasoning.

 A beef ground patty is okay, but I like a fresh ground pork patty a little more.

Lettuce, tomato, bread and butter pickles, a touch of dark mustard with a bit of horseradish.

 Now you have gone and made me hungry for a burger, I have been wanting one of these A Pastrami Burger, but no good places to get one here..
