Yesterday was one o those must have days. My Godsons parents were delayed at work so I was elected to take action to forestall potential "starvation" for two ravenous age boys. So we selected pancakes, the delicious, nutritious food . I will readily admit that I do enjoy them, a hold over from when I was a . The cool part is they can be plain, mixed with berries, pancakes or almost anything. Do you enjoy pancakes? Have you ever had them other than at breakfast time? Which is you favorite topping? I usually stick with maple syrup.

 Making pancakes for one is not much fun so I don't eat them very often. I did make a special trip to the local pancakery on $1 short stack day. The proceeds went toward military families

 Good Morning Pal, now you have gone and made me hungry..lol..those pancakes look delicious. On mine I like real BUTTER and Mrs. Butterworths Syrup. I hope you have a great Hump Day..

 I have them anytime with strawberry syrup or jam. I also don’t mind them with ice cream and whipped cream on top.
