 Hubbys fav bike is his 08 Heritage Softtail Classic. It's comfy and cranked. He got the chip thingy that amps it up. I just wish the passenger seat fit my ass better, LOL.

We actually had a 1996 Heritage about 20 years ago. I made him sell it when we bought a Classic. He's whined about it ever since. Now he's happy. And if we ride more, I'm happy, too! LOL - we rode all day yesterday - my ass didn't feel too bad.

 Wow, the softail is quite a size difference from a street glide, but as long as you're comfortable it doesn't matter. I worked on Harleys for 30 yrs and I preferred the softail to the streetglide, besides down here everybody has a streetglide. Now I'm one of those "guys that pop in here and there to say, "HI!", or ask where I'd like something placed."

 So glad your enjoying being back at work and congratulations on the new Harley, I can only imagine the fun you both are having with all the riding your getting in. I hope you keep having long fun rides, and enjoy your Labor Day weekend..

 There is something about working that is satisfying. When in the construction business I think I got more joy from a job well done than when it was time to collect the check.
