I am both exercising more and eating more, unfortunately eating is winning. Now there are only two things in life, but I forget what they are.

I have actually lost weight, though it is unrelated to Pandemic boredom. The divorce process has sapped much of my desire to eat like I used to.

Yeah I’ve put on about 10-15lbs also have bin out of work so just stuck at home! But have plans to get back to work and start working out again!

I gained a few pounds... In the process of losing them now.

Sadly all to true, It doesn't help with the snow and 11degree temps lol But your pretty face warms the soul !!

I'm gaining weight on purpose, but sensibly. I'm following a new exercise regime and roughly keeping tabs on the carb/protein/fat content of my daily intake using myfitnesspal.

This may be controversial, but you won't lose weight at the gym. Just eat MOSTLY vegetables and you will lose weight. Eat as much as you want but MOSTLY vegetables. Use stevia instead of sugar. Avoid sugar. Read ingredient statements.

Most of my weight gain came pre-Covid....been maintaining but trying to lose now is a bigger battle than expected...

From Jan 2020, to Aug 2020, I lost over 40 #s, and didnt know why. Then I learned I was now a diabetic, and I blamed that for my weight loss, but my dietitian said it would not last, and I needed to be careful of I would start gaining weight again. Well, since NOV 2020, I have gained back 10#s, but I attribute THAT to my in-activity, because I also have had increasing heart issues, which have caused me to be very sedentary. COVID hibernating is also to blame, but my main exercise over the last year has been SEX, and have not had near as much of that as just 1 year ago, that being due to my COVID hibernation, and not meeting new partners. AND 1 of my 3 FWBs is now preggers (and NO, not mine) and so far hasnt wanted to have funn with me, as she thinks it would be cheating on the baby daddy, tho no plans to get married, but I am awaiting the day when she needs more than he gives her, and I will be ready to resume our funn. AND the 2nd of my FWBs is a bartender, has had COVID, and comes in contact with other COVID infected people all to frequently, and so we have stopped meeting, and so that only leaves me with #3, and we dont meet more than about once a week! Previous to COVID, 1 or the other of my FWBs visited almost daily, so I got alot more exercise.

I was overweight & also I’d lost half a lung 25yrs ago so a respiratory disease 🦠 was the last thing I needed! So I decided to give up takeaways & only have treats & alcohol 🍺 on the weekends! Also since lockdown I walk every day & try to walk at least 12k steps a day (I’m averaging 20k since March) & have now lost 31lbs! If I do contract Covid-19 hopefully 🙏 I’ve now given myself a fighting chance to get through it!!

I only gained about 5 lbs., but I did get softer. Working from home. Just got back to the gym and dropped a few lbs and feel a little better already.

People have been eating too much and using pandemic as an excuse. Parks are open or you can exercise in your home . There many things u can do to avoid weight gain .

It happened. Life changed slightly and I didn’t get as much exercise. I wasn’t out meeting people or just being as busy. Put on a few pounds

I gain a little then started walking. Not driving to work let me have more time to walk.

Was not able to vote because the two categories do not apply to me. 3rd Category - Maintaining without any changes to lifestyle.

If anything I am exercising plenty., lots of running and pushups.... maybe drinking more white wine than eating too much.. hope this COVID nightmare ends before I get tendonitis

Just set up my indoor cycling stand. Now, I can pedal away regardless of the weather outside

I work in Healthcare so have worked through it all except for 1 month (June 2019) when I had Covid 19 and had to take time off, also training for another marathon so weight has stayed almost static

Nope, have not gained a poundwatch my food intake, only allow unlimited amount of protein, exercise dailyand having live-in boyfriends I am sure helps a lot to maintain my weight. Naomi gained a few pounds, but she is too much into chocolate at the moment and does not move much I love pussies and adore nice dicks

I don't do any exercise and I have lost 80 pounds since December 2019. I started doing keto just before Christmas 2019 and I feel great.

When all this is over and done with, I'm going to need to workout like crazy. I've gained 15 - 20 lbs. since July when my gym shut down for good. Been trying to stay active, but it's hard without space for a home gym.

We are the same as a year ago and don't diet, we just eat healthy balanced meals, always have. Less running around means less hunger. Also, we don't exercise, like running or going to the gym etc. There are plenty of physical things to do around the house or take dogs for walks, just like before c vid. If you put some weight on and don't like it, then make minor adjustments to your life style when you do notice, Or maybe you'll like the newer you. Will never understand why people can't excercise unless it's paying for a gym membership or need a new year to make adjustments to their life style.

I'm very active in sports playing competitive baseball, basketball and tennis 4-5 days a week- these activities were all cancelled so sadly- I've added a few tho I'm in the process of losing it!

Well was maintaining then the holidays came upon us. And of course working on line has created more stress. So am up a few pounds but always working on it and trying to maintain. It is hard now that winter is here and of course with the covid restrictions. I guess this is the new norm as they say. I shall call it the covid yo-yo

hmmmm only two choices? Some of us eat the same things everyday so maybe that makes me boring i suppose ..I dont have to cram food in my mouth even when there is a crisis like now...I dont have to diet because there is a crisis ..I have the same food every day because looking like a slob is not an option for me..following the Doctors orders is essential to my health after losing my leg in an accident i need to keep my weight at a level that puts less stress on my good leg ..

I am really happy that I haven’t fallen victim to that. In fact, I am on a new path to walk as much as I can when the sidewalks are clear of ice and snow 😊

I have been yo-yoing lately ( 1-4 pounds). BUT since the 1st of August I have dropped 25 pounds. I go to the YMCA and swim for an hour 4-5 days a week. Need to cut down on the dairy and bread. So nice to be insane; no one asks you to explain.

NOT really any significant lifestyle changes, except for being pretty much sexless, but noticed one day that most of my pants felt a little tight Got on the scale and found that I had gone from 145 (which had been steady for many years) and now showed 162 Took some stimulus check money from savings; went out and bought several new pairs of jeans Went from a 30/32 to a 34 in waist size I guess if I can blame that on COVID, then so be it
